Elkes Market Cafe

Elke's Market Café opened in June of 2004 and is owned by Elke and Tim Marsh. Both have extensive food service and culinary backgrounds that they have cultivated and mastered to create the most flavorful and unique dishes in the metroplex. The offerings at Elke's are plentiful starting with a variety of dips and appetizers leading into fresh made salads to compliment perfectly prepared entrees of fish, pork, chicken and gourmet casseroles. Homemade cookies, bars, cakes, pies and breads are also available to round out your meal. Although Elke's original concept was for take home only, they soon realized the desire for their customers to want to enjoy their delicious foods in house. With a café located on the premises you can either dine-in or have all the offerings conveniently packaged in oven safe or microwaveable containers for easy reheating at home.Whatever you're hungry for you can be sure Elke's will have it because of their always growing menu and unprecedented goal for customer satisfaction.Elke, Tim and their family of four sons want to personally invite you to come and sample their family recipes some of which have been handed down for generations and some that have been born from the never ending desire to make people happy.

Very good food.
Elkes Market in Allen has some of the best and freshest salads and sandwiches. Prices are reasonable too.

Incredible chicken salad
WOW! This tops my favorites for places to eat. Not only do you have incredible sandwiches, but your desserts are wickedly sinful! I love your availability of frozen dinners to take home as well! Elka, you rock! Trevor...you make my daughter smile ear to ear! Thank you for awesome dining every time!
